Merry #ChristmasWithCyclamen

It’s snowing outside, the fire is flickering in the grate and the radio is playing the traditional Christmas hits. A familiar scene – that warm, cosy feeling. Of course, this wouldn’t be complete without plants, but which ones? Schoneveld Breeding shows that these should be cyclamen.

In this dark and cold Christmas period almost everyone wants to make the home cosy and warm – with a Christmas tree, lights and plants, especially with plants. A trend that has popped up more frequently recently during the Christmas period is cyclamen in the decorations. Cyclamen make an excellent Christmas plant, Marc van Heijningen of Schoneveld Breeding explains: “Cyclamen are becoming trendier, and they also contribute to that nostalgic feeling. So they are perfect in a modern living room at Christmas time.”

Everyone who visits the Schoneveld stand at the FloraHolland Trade Fair on 2, 3 and 4 November will understand why the cyclamen breeder is making this combination. “We create a comfy Christmas atmosphere, and we also provide practical aids for the retailer. Our ultimate goal is to talk to them all and to show them why Christmas isn’t complete without cyclamen.”
