Social responsibility
Really making a difference starts with ourselves – by taking responsibility for each other, our environment and the world we live in. Schoneveld Breeding takes this responsibility seriously. We want to leave the world better than we found it. That’s why we actively support initiatives that make an impact both locally and globally.
Engedeko School
What started as reading and writing lessons for employees at our production site in Tanzania has grown into the Engedeko School. A fully functioning primary school with over 500 children receiving an education. Thanks to the dedication of a local teacher and step-by-step development, a small village initiative has become a place full of opportunity. Children no longer have to walk hours to get to school – and that makes a world of difference.
The school still relies heavily on external support. Together, we continue to build this place of opportunity. Would you like to contibute to better education and the future of children in Tanzania? Support our school via the link below. Every contribution counts.
Prinses Máxima Centrum
Children deserve the best possible care – especially when they’re ill. That’s why we support the Princess Máxima Centre: a leading hospital in the Netherlands dedicated to improving treatments for children with cancer. Everything here revolves around quality of life, knowledge-sharing, and future prospects. By supporting this initiative, we hope to inspire others to help build a better world for the most vulnerable. Because only together we can make a real difference.
Stichting Villande
The Villande Foundation is a regional organisation that supports people with a distance to the labour market in finding meaningful work. Every Thursday, clients – with guidance – prepare a healthy lunch for our staff. What began as a great initiative has grown into a meaningful moment of connection. It’s not just the food that’s appreciated – it’s the warm encounters between our employees and the clients that make it truly special. All earnings go to both the Villande Foundation and the Engedeko School.
